COVID-19 Response

Our Committment

Our Firm has been striving to develop an appropriate response to the health concerns created by the COVID-19 virus, keeping the health of our employees and their families, and the health of our clients and their families foremost in consideration.

To help ensure everyone’s continued health and well-being, effective Monday, April 6, 2020, a significant portion of the firm’s staff and attorneys will be working remotely until further notice. Protocols have been put in place to allow for continued exceptional service to our clients, and which maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the firm’s work product.
The firm has also identified “essential” personnel that will remain in our office to perform critical functions that cannot be performed remotely. CDC sanitizing recommendations have been implemented in the office and will be strictly observed. Our office lobby has been closed and will remain so until further notice except for pre-arranged appointments to drop-off/pick-up legal documents, to accept in-person payment, and to receive vendor deliveries and mail.

Our phones will still be answered. Chat and email inquiries will be answered, as well. For the time being, we will be happy to arrange telephone and/or video communications with attorneys and clients, prospective clients, and all others who need to communicate with us.
In these unprecedented and dynamic times, we want you to know that we are committed to

1) observing all governmental requirements and suggestions concerning public health, and

2) continuing to provide our clients with exceptional, timely legal support.

Wishing you and your families good health.
